REFUND GUIDELINES

We appreciate your business and hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your acquisition, we offer the option to return it in exchange for store credit. Please consult the information below for a detailed explanation of our return policy.
PRODUCT RETURNS
All returns should be sent within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. The items being returned must be in an unused, pristine condition, complete with their original tags and labels.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service at infoqoripatisserie@gmail.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After obtaining the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, along with the provided return form, and ship it to the following address:

Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering all return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. You may also utilize the enclosed prepaid shipping label, in which case 50% of the return’s value will be deducted to cover shipping expenses.
REFUND PROCESS
Upon receipt and evaluation of your returned item, we will proceed with processing your return. Allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days from the time we receive your item for the return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
EXCLUSIONS
In the event of receiving a defective or damaged product, please contact us at the information provided below to discuss a refund or exchange.
Additional Information:
- A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt and in their original packaging. Customers are required to provide proof of damage or defectiveness.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
We provide several shipping options. At times, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping the products.
Free Shipping
We provide free shipping for orders over 50£ with __________ for __________.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We offer the following rates for expedited shipping:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class – 4.99£, 2-3 days after dispatch (Monday to Friday)
- DHL Tracked and Signed – 7.99, the next working day after dispatch (Monday to Friday)
- DPD Tracked and Signed – 6.99 £, the next working day after dispatch (Monday to Friday)
- Evri Tracked and Signed – 7.99 £, the next working day after dispatch (Monday to Friday)
If you opt for expedited shipping, we will contact you after you have placed the order with further shipping information.
Although we make good faith estimates for product delivery times, please be aware that these are approximations.
For EU and UK consumers: These estimates do not impact your statutory rights. Unless otherwise specified, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and the deliveries will be completed within 30 days of our order acceptance. Shipping in Hot Weather
During periods of hot weather, all chocolate orders will be shipped using insulated and/or chilled packaging to safeguard them during transport. The cost of all shipping methods may be temporarily increased to cover the cost of the additional packaging. Please remove ice packs from your parcel and allow products to reach room temperature before opening. Items should be checked upon receipt, and any heat damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot be held accountable for heat damage reported after this time. Dispatch of orders may be delayed without notice during periods of extreme heat. This will only occur when we determine there is a significant risk of heat damage to the product during transport, which cannot be mitigated with chilled packaging. Orders delayed for this reason will be dispatched when it is safe to do so.
SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLMENT
If you subscribe to our products, we will deliver them weekly.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We do not provide international shipping.
ORDER DELAY
If delivery is postponed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you a new estimated delivery date.
